The Website and the e-shop have been created and are operated and exploited by the company under the name “SNOWCAGE RECORDS SINGLE MEMBER PC”, having its registered office in Chalandri, Attica, at 89 Amarousiou-Chalandriou Street, Tax Identification Number (VAT No.) 800607426, duly represented (hereinafter “we” or “us”).

These terms apply to the use of the Website and to every purchase made through the e-shop. “Visitor” or “user” means anyone who visits the Website, and “customer” means anyone who makes a purchase. By using the Website or making a purchase, you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Website. These terms do not limit the rights granted to you by law as a consumer.

We may amend these terms whenever necessary, for example due to changes in legislation or in the services of the Website. The current version is always posted on the Website, together with the date of the last update.

2. Information and products provided

We make every effort to ensure that the information on the Website is accurate, truthful and complete. Product photographs in the e-shop are for illustration purposes only. Any differences do not alter the nature and characteristics of the products as described.

The prices of the products in the e-shop are in euro and include VAT. Shipping costs and delivery times are displayed before you complete your order. For shipments outside the European Union, you may be charged customs duties or taxes of the country of delivery.

The order is completed by clicking the “Order with obligation to pay” button. The contract is concluded when you receive the order confirmation email, which contains the details of your order.

Card payments are processed in the secure environment of the payment service provider (e.g. card, Apple/Google Pay, PayPal, cash on delivery, bank transfer, etc.). The legal receipt or invoice is sent together with the order or by email.

If a product ultimately proves to be unavailable, we will inform you immediately and refund the amount you paid without delay, and at the latest within 14 days.

The risk of loss of or damage to the products passes to you when you (or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier) take physical possession of the product.

3. Limitation of liability

We make every reasonable effort to ensure that the Website operates without interruptions or errors and is secure. However, we cannot guarantee that its operation will always be uninterrupted, for example in the event of a technical failure, maintenance or an interruption by the hosting provider. We are not liable for damage resulting from temporary inability to access the Website or from interference by third parties that we could not reasonably have prevented, nor for the content of third-party websites.

The above limitations do not apply in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence on our part and do not affect your rights as a consumer, in particular under the legal guarantee, the right of withdrawal and the proper performance of your order.

4. Intellectual property rights and licence of use
